Originating some three centuries ago, this old time recipe was made from the best Provencal almonds, pure cane sugar flavored with bourbon vanilla and selected herbs from the sunny slopes of Provence. Today, we bring back this traditionnal candy sweet made from almonds coated with nougatine. Ingredients: Almonds from Provence (50 %), sugar coating: cane sugar, coating agent: acacia gum, natural flavouring bourbon vanilla, southern seasonings. May contain traces of hazelnuts.

Their glazed and shiny coating together with their irregular shape provide them with the beauty of river washed pebbles, rolled smooth by the rushing waters, a real favourite.
